Who is Twenty-Something & Starving?

But when you think about it… who ISN’T twenty-something and starving???

Peek into the pantry of any busy twenty-something these days and you’re sure to find (among the cobwebs of course) an endless supply of  of mac & cheese, ramen, pop tarts, and hot pockets.

Believe me, I’d know.

Who am I to talk, you ask? I’m Jen Romanchak and, well, I love food!
(Seriously though, it’s all I talk about. It’s probably kind of annoying.)

The last year has been so busy for me that, often times, all you could find in my pantry was pretty much everything I mentioned before, but thanks to this blog, I spent fall 2009 attempting to conquer world cuisine!

Now, my quest continues. Only this time, the sky is the limit! I hope that my food and my writing can inspire all you other twenty-something’s out there to quit literally starving and, instead, starve to learn of the magic hiding in your kitchen and of all the sensational flavor creations that await you!

Jennifer Romanchak is a 21-year-old  senior studying Journalism at Rowan University, as well as an aspiring food writer/cookbook author/caterer/food network star/etc. (I aim high. 😉 )
